This course is designed to guide you through a gentle, compassionate journey of reconnecting with your body, understanding your nervous system, and learning practical tools to reset and regulate it.

About the 6-Week Nervous System Reset Course

This course is structured as a gentle, progressive journey over six weeks:

  • Week 1 — Understanding Your Nervous System: Learn what triggers fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, and how your body is always trying to protect you.

  • Week 2 — Safety + Regulation: Discover practical ways to create internal and external cues of safety.

  • Week 3 — Releasing Stored Tension: Explore somatic practices and yin yoga sequences that help release emotional and physical tension.

  • Week 4 — Building Resilience: Learn how to expand your capacity to tolerate stress with gentle, supportive tools.

  • Week 5 — Emotional Processing: Understand emotions as energy and practice moving them safely through the body.

  • Week 6 — Integration + Identity Reset: Bring it all together and create a personal plan to stay regulated and resilient.

Each week includes:

  • Short teaching videos

  • Guided practices (yin yoga, breathwork, somatics)
