Hi - I’m Shelley and I’ve been a yoga teacher for nearly 8 years, with 400 hours of training including vinyasa, yin, trauma sensitive yoga and sound healing.  I am is also a qualified nutrition coach and am currently studying stress management, sleep, and recovery, with a strong focus on nervous system health and balance. My classes blend intelligent movement for any level and ability, breath, and lived experience, creating space to reconnect, and move with intention – whatever that looks like for you. Passionate about sustainable wellbeing and community, I offer practices that support real life - not perfection
