Acknowledgement of Terms

All instructors and guides on the Ananda Wellness Retreat are qualified to instruct and deliver sessions on all activities offered at the retreat. By coming on this retreat in Bali you acknowledge the following: 1. You are physically fit and are sufficiently prepared for participation in all activities that form part of the Ananda Wellness Retreat, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. And there are no health-related reasons or problems, which preclude your participation in this activity. If you are not willing or able to participate in one or more activity on offer you will inform the retreat hosts prior to the activity commencing. 2. You have, or will have, appropriate travel and medical insurance in the case of any emergencies, accidents or incidents. You understand that no refunds are available less than 30 days prior to travel. Deposit is not refundable less than 90 days prior to travel. 3. You personally accept any and all the risks that are associated with holidaying in a foreign country and will not hold Ananda Holistic Health accountable for slips, trips, spills, upset stomachs, health issues, injury, accident, defective equipment, or other hardship you may experience. 4. You are personally responsible for your health and wellbeing.
