This 6-week block is designed to support yogis of all levels — whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to slow things down and deepen your practice. Each class offers a thoughtfully sequenced flow that builds strength, mobility, and balance, while allowing space to pause, explore, and truly feel each movement.

With clear guidance, accessible options, and an emphasis on breath-led movement, Slow Vinyasa creates a supportive environment where you can move confidently — without pressure to “keep up” or perform. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, take rest when needed, and progress gently over the six weeks.

Expect grounding flows, mindful transitions, moments of stillness, and a calm nervous-system-friendly pace that leaves you feeling steady, open, and restored — not rushed or depleted.
