Are you scared of carbs?
It’s fair to say that carbohydrates often get a bad rap, but they're actually essential for optimal health and wellbeing.
And although refined carbs can be harmful when we eat them to excess, wholefood sources of carbohydrates are incredibly healthy and an important part of a healthy diet.
