Shelley Wood is an experienced teacher and student of yoga, including Vinyasa and Yin. She is also a certified nutrition coach and is dedicated to exploring all the ways to use food as medicine, with a solid dose of delish and fun thrown in.

John Wood is a teacher, personal trainer and relationship counsellor with a particular emphasis on the parent/child relationship. He is committed to health and wellbeing, and exploring all the ways to sustain and increase movement, mobility and longevity for life.
